source: The Nation S&S Sukhumvit recorded sales of more than Bt120 million last month after launching a promotional campaign. Chief executive Chen Lian Pang said the company also plans to launch a new promotional campaign this month to boost sales. Deputy chief executive Soammaphat Traisorat said the company also has a new marketing strategy to boost its sales to beat the the present economic situation by offering a new marketing campaign that will be suited to customer demand and help maintain its existing prices for homebuyers who make decision to buy now. S&S Sukhumvit comprises 810 units ranging from 29.5 square meters to 69 square metres in a variety of configurations - studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units.             |
